13 Océan is a perma-aquacultural urban farm project taking up the double challenge of the climate and food of the future.
Its ambition is to become a replicable operational model of a new united and sustainable urban production participating in the adaptation of cities to global changes. 13 Océan is about producing fruit, vegetables, fish products and insects in a trophic loop, following the principles of permaculture and a circular economy.
