As part of the Next Generation EU and the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan, RAISE aims to develop innovation ecosystems based on the scientific and technological domains of AI and Robotics, focusing on local context needs (Liguria Region), satisfaction of innovation demand, strengthen research/enterprise relation, young people attraction, general public involvement, multidisciplinary approach enhancement.

“Sustainable environmental caring and protection technologies” will develop projects based on EcoRobotics&AI Innovative systems, for monitoring, preservation and remediation of natural ecosystems, territory promotion and enhancement, recogognizing the important role played by marine and coastal environment, developing projects of advanced technologies to manage different components that acts on it (i.e., sea, air, energy, costal protection. ecotoxicology). In this context, an important goal the transition from point to widespread marine and coastal environment monitoring.
