Researchers from the University of Aveiro celebrate the European Researchers’ Night outside the University campus, at the small fisherman village of Torreira (Murtosa). This decentralization approach aims to foster the connection between the University and local communities. The main research topic is the Ocean, and the diverse program offers science cafés (with researchers), exhibitions, a research fair for schools, scientific demonstrations, science & arts, and much more.
