牵头机构：
中东技术大学海洋科学研究所
ReSealience提出了一个整体的倡议，旨在推进欧洲海域（北大西洋、地中海、黑海、波罗的海、北海）的海洋研究和创新，以支持生物多样性和在多重压力下的复原力，同时促进生态系统服务的可持续利用。
这项工作建立在三个支柱上：产生知识、支持创新、制定解决方案以支持海洋十年的目标。ReSealience汇集了一些关键机构，这些机构将把不同地区的主要行为者聚集在这3个支柱上。
