Our third Ocean Decade Laboratory will be held from 17 to 19 November 2021 and will offer valuable insights and talks around the Ocean Decade Outcome: “A Clean Ocean”. Topics will cover aspects like marine pollution, clean-up, recycling, plastic management, underwater anthropogenic noise or deep-sea research and lots more! You are warmly invited to join us!
If you would like to take part, please click here to register. Immediately afterwards you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to check in on the event platform. If you have already taken part in one or more previous Laboratories, you can log in using the same e-mail and password.
Note: The event will not go live until 24 hours before the Core Event. You will receive a reminder to join us shortly before the event goes live, so you don’t miss anything.
Our Core Event will be live-streamed, offering panel discussions, networking tables and interviews on 17 November from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm CET. You will be able to interact and network with other participants and speakers via matchmaking or direct chats (text and video) also after the Core Event. To take part in one of the 4 limited Networking Tables (starting around 4.50 pm on 17 November) with up to 400 participants, simply join when the sessions begin. First come, first served! Don’t worry, one of the networking tables will also be streamed live.
And that’s not all: 29 Satellite Activities from around the globe will accompany the Laboratory. They are hosted by a diverse range of experts from several fields and targeting various goals for a clean ocean. Join different formats like workshops, panel discussions and interactive lectures, or a live transmission from the research vessel SONNE. You can take part in surveys and Q&A sessions besides broader networking possibilities.
The final Wrap-up on 19 November from 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm CET will also be live-streamed on our platform and will reflect the Core Event and Satellite Activities while offering valuable insights and interviews with several participants.
