The West Coast Ocean Science Action Agenda is a collaborative effort led by the California Ocean Science Trust and Oregon Ocean Science Trust to identify and advance shared priorities for our coastal and ocean future.
Co-designed by those who generate knowledge and those who use it, this initiative brings together policymakers, Indigenous knowledge holders, agency leaders, scientists, academic institutions, and funders to align public and private investments. Our goal is to build the infrastructure, technology, and talent needed to meet the most pressing ocean and coastal challenges of our time—with solutions that are practical, inclusive, and ready for action.
