The final event of the Sea2Sea Horizon Europe project, the conference “Building Trust and Transparency in Europe’s Seafood Future” will gather policymakers, industry representatives, researchers, NGOs and EU projects to discuss how digital innovation and traceability can strengthen sustainability and consumer trust in food.
Highlights include high level keynoes, a live demonstration of SEA2SEE’s blockchain traceability solution and insights from real pilot cases (meagre, octopus and seabream).
