The SEALEVEL exhibition in Kiel, operated by Kiel-Marketing e.V., is an experience space that explores the beauty and complexity of the ocean, from the surface to the deep sea.
It features interactive exhibits, scientific information, and multimedia installations that highlight marine biodiversity and the importance of ocean conservation. Located in the heart of Kiel’s pedestrian zone, SEALEVEL is a collaborative project involving local marine science institutions like the GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel, the research center Kiel Marine Science at the Christan-Albrechts-University of Kiel and the Kiel University of Applied Sciences.
Visitors of all ages can enjoy activities such as creative workshops, guided tours, and a research rally for young explorers.
Admission is free, and the exhibition runs from January 31 to October 31, 2025, and is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm.
