The RedeMAR ULisboa Summer School: One Ocean is a dynamic, forward-thinking initiative that promotes transdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration and strengthens research capacity to address critical marine and coastal challenges in our rapidly changing world.
Held annually in Portuguese, the program enhances ties within the broad Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP), empowering Lusophone communities to collaborate on solutions for global ocean issues.
Guided by the principles of the UN Ocean Decade, it brings together expertise from ecology, law, technology, education, history and social sciences to inspire innovative solutions and nurture a deeper, shared commitment to a healthier and more resilient Ocean.
