Plankton & Popcorn – The Ocean Movie Night, a winner of the EU4Ocean Call for Collective Action 2025, brings short film screenings and discussions to universities in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
United by a shared language, the project fosters ocean literacy, blue citizenship, and community building, while engaging the next generation of decision-makers far from the coast. Through storytelling and dialogue, it aims to inspire more informed and sustainable relationships with the ocean.
