The Philippine National Commission for UNESCO (PH NatCom or UNACOM) is organizing the “Philippine Ocean Decade Initiatives Expo” to promote the Ocean Decade and highlight ocean-related initiatives from both public and private sectors. It also aims to initiate the establishment of a national organization for Early Career Ocean Professionals (ECOPs). This project supports the Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month (MANA Mo) in September 2024 by encouraging broader participation in ocean conservation.
