The Ocean and Climate Forum, led by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Biodiversity Management Bureau (DENR-BMB) and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), will highlight the urgent need for ocean-based climate solutions in the country.
In line with Ocean Decade Challenge 5, the forum will bring together youth leaders, scientists, policymakers, and local communities to promote ocean literacy, climate adaptation, and resilience through expert discussions and interactive engagement.
