The Cyprus Computer Society (CCS) is organizing the FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL Cyprus) 2025 on Saturday, 15 March. The event, which is open to the public, will be hosted at at the European University Cyprus, in the Cultural Center, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The FLL Cyprus 2025 will be addressed by the Chief Scientist for Research, Innovation and Technology and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Research and Innovation Foundation, Dr. Demetris Skourides. The official address on behalf of the Minister of Education, Sport and Youth will be delivered by Dr Elena Hadjicacou, Director of the Pedagogical Institute.
This year’s event, titled Submerged, welcomes 230 students from kindergarten, primary schools, gymnasium, lyceum and technical school, who are invited to explore the Ocean through creative robotics missions.
The FIRST® LEGO® League is the world’s largest robotics league and enables children from 4 to 16 years old to participate in a unique festival through which they learn, interact, collaborate and have fun!
