As part of the Marine Coastal Ecosystems Biodiversity and Services in a Changing World (MaCoBioS) project, funded by the European Union Horizon 2020 programme, the “Blue Nature-based Solutions Week” will take place at the UNESCO House in Paris from November 5th to November 8th.
It will bring together an international community of key players from the scientific, economic and institutional sectors through an interdisciplinary dialogue around marine ecosystems’ functioning and blue Nature-based Solutions.
As we approach the Third UN Ocean Conference in June 2025, this event is crucial for maintaining momentum in international ocean governance through collaborative sessions designed to bridge the gap between science and policy, ensuring that our collective efforts lead to actionable solutions to protect and restore marine ecosystems and their biodiversity.
