Bringing politics, society and culture together in the heart of political Berlin.
The German Ocean Foundation organises an annual event where representatives of politics, civil society, science and business come together to discuss marine policy and the development of sustainable ocean projects, focussing on the importance of the ocean for both society and the economy, together with a cultural performance element. We provide a national platform for discussion, bringing people together and developing ocean awareness. After a kick-off parliamentary evening in November 2024 held in cooperation with the Planetarium Berlin, the German Ocean Festival will be held later in 2025.
