The ESB Marine Mammal Observer (MMO) Training Programme builds national capacity and strengthens early career pathways in marine environmental monitoring.

Endorsed and supported by leading scientific and industry institutions, this action promotes equitable access to careers in the blue economy, advances Ocean Decade goals for capacity development and ocean literacy, and contributes to Ireland’s Net Zero sustainability ambitions.
